Questions
How do credits work?
One credit is one cent of compute. Agent turns (tokens), model training (GPU minutes) and synthetic generation (rows) all draw from the same monthly grant.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your grant resets on the first of each month (UTC), on every plan.
What happens when I run out?
You get a 10% grace buffer. Past that, new agent turns and jobs pause until the next reset — but anything already running always finishes. Opening notebooks, running cells by hand, viewing and downloading are never blocked. On Pro and Ultra you can turn on overage instead.
How does overage work?
$15 per 1,000 credits, billed with your subscription. Pro is opt-in; Ultra is on by default. Overage always runs under a spend cap you set, so it can't run away.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. Credits are still granted monthly, not all at once.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
From Billing in the app. Upgrades apply right away with the extra credits; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted on the spot. Resources over the new plan's limits are archived — you can still open, download and delete them — and kept for 30 days (Community, Starter) or 90 days (Pro, Ultra). Upgrading again un-archives everything.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes: a custom, pooled credit grant, dedicated GPU queue, private networking, unlimited history with export and a contractual SLA. Seats and SSO on request. Talk to us.
